A bottom swivel and an angle adapter ensures full freedom of motion when gripping the load. The quick-release function makes sure no time is wasted when releasing the load. The fingertip control can be adjusted from the right to the left side of the handle in seconds. The suction cup will secure the goods safely from the side as well as from the top. Box lifters Panel lifterVacuEasylift is a thoroughly proven system meeting the highest standards of functionality and safety when lifting sheets and panels. The suction foot holds the load securely in place with a safety factor of 2,5. The rubber gasket compensates for any irregularities in the surface. Lifting panels often involves moving from a horizontal to a vertical position. An angle adapter with a handle is used to turn the suction foot 90 degrees. Loss of power does not cause any problems. If there is a power cut, a safety valve shuts down and the load is lowered to the floor gently and under complete control. Panels are moved from one work station to another. The vacuum lifter is installed in an over head system to simplify the transportation. The system is easy to install and adjust to suit the requirements of most industries, an investment that pays for itself quickly. Steel sheets are fed into a filmcoating machine with the help of a vacuum yoke. The number of suction feet depend on the dimensions of the sheet. Vacuum is used to hold and lift the load. Box lifterRetailers of alcoholic beverages use the VacuEasylift to lift boxes, crates and kegs. Optional remote control has quickly become a frequent request allowing the operator to control the vacuum pump without leaving the operating area. An angle adapter is used to lift the box from the side and place it horizontally. This operator lifts small, heavy boxes (containing screw) from the packaging line and onto the pallet. The side lifter is used when the top of the object does not offer sufficient lifting surface. The wellknown flat and heavy box lifted with model VM160. Sack lifterLifting sacks manually is extremely heavy and our sack lifter is very often used to avoid this type of manual work. VM160 lifts sacks up to 60 kg which covers most sacks in processing today. Our suction feet are designed to handle all types of sacks. A rubber skirt is attached to the suction foot to compensate for any leakage if the packaging material in the sack is very porous. Lifting sacks of chemicals with model VM120 max capacity 40 kg.
